The Synergy Series: 25 Chefs Share Their Stories of Mentorship Through Collaboration and Cooking at Spoon and Stable

Since opening Spoon and Stable in Minneapolis in 2014, Chef Gavin Kaysen has used his kitchen not just to cook—but to collaborate. The Synergy Series documents a one-of-a-kind event series where Kaysen invites some of the most influential chefs in American dining into his restaurant to create, share, and connect.

Now, for the first time, those dinners—and the chefs behind them—are brought together in a single volume. With each chapter devoted to a guest chef, the book features intimate storytelling, behind-the-scenes photography, the full menu from their dinner at Spoon and Stable, and a classic recipe from their own repertoire.
