Chris Ying takes his cab drivers' advice and eats what and where they suggest and travels, always observing how the locals eat to inform his decisions. Michael Snyder profiles chaat vendors in Bombay. Carolina Miranda writes of East LA doughnut vendor Abel Nabor Campos who dons a lucha libre costume while balancing his wares on a full sheet tray on his head. And there is plenty of interesting and humorous hot dog and sausage content.
