Nina Metayer's career includes time in the pastry kitchens of Le Meurice and Le Grand Restaurant de Jean-Francois Piege. She seems equally at home with classics such as babka and tarte citron as she is with a galette intricately decorated to resemble the great window of Notre-Dame or the floral masterpiece of lemon sponge, cassis confit, and deep rose-tinted white chocolate ganache which graces the cover of this book.
