In short, this is a letterpress printed book incorporating heliogravure reproductions of the original engravings by Octave-Denis-Victor Guillonnet and Henri Varenne. It is bound in a washi paper and comes wrapped in a unique boro, a cloth inspired by ancient Japanese fabrics, and encased in a beechwood box. This is enclosed in a washi-paper box, individually calligraphed.
