Foods of Sicily and Sardinia (1996) is the second in a series of coffee table books focused on regional specialties. With its large trim size (9.5” x 12.25”) and some 300 pages, it offers not only a wealth of recipes but also commentary on the culture and ingredients native to the Italian isles. Bugialli’s passion for and pride in his country is infectious.

We are pleased to offer a first printing in Very Good condition. The interior is totally clean and unmarked; however a heavy bump to the lower fore corner has created an accordion effect to the case and the jacket, which also bears wear and tearing.
