Together they'll explore the enduring appeal of food markets in New York City and around the world—what they tell us about the places they inhabit, the people who gather there, and why these lively spaces remain among the most compelling windows into a city's culture. From historic public markets to contemporary night markets, this conversation celebrates the sights, flavors, and communities that make markets the beating heart of food culture.
