For instance, the cake called Redcurrant, White Chocolate Lemon, is composed of redcurrant mousse, a red curranty gelée, shortcrust, almond frangipane, redcurrant ganache, and a curved chocolate ribbon.
A tart called Rhubarb, Lemon, Cardamom is assembled from cardamom shortcuts, cardamom frangipane, rhubarb compote, rhubarb ganache, macaron shells, and white chocolate twigs.
