Iwan Wirth is one of the founders of Hauser & Wirth, an international group of art galleries which represents and exhibits many leading artists. This large format book (12.8" x 9.3", 372 pages) began with recipes, drawings, and well-wishing notes which Iwan's wife, Manuela, gathered from friends and family. The exceptional reach of this effort attracted more than 200 contributions, some from key figures in the art, food, and other worlds, including:
