This first volume of Ambrosia (2015) was an exciting start to what came to be a twice-annual magazine until its London issue in 2019. This inaugural issue focuses on the chefs and restaurants of Baja, Mexico. There's Enrique Olvera with Manta in Cabo San Lucas, Elva Espinoza of Mama Espinoza in El Rosario, and Benito Molina of Manzanilla in Ensenada, among many others. Recipes accompany interviews with each chef.
