Queers at the Table: An Illustrated Guide to Queer Food (with Recipes)

This colorful kaleidoscope of perspectives on the importance of food in the LGBTQIA+ community offers prose, cartoons, and recipes to demonstrate the history and transformative power of queer people in a wide range of environments.

Among the recipes are tacos created in honor of five gay men ejected from a popular restaurant in El Paso, an Earl Grey Lavender Menace layer cake, and brined, spiced, and roasted cauliflower.
