Fall 2025 Cookbook Club: Baking, Beans, and Braises
Cook, Learn, and Connect—From Your Own Kitchen
As the days grow cooler and markets brim with autumn produce, join us for a new season of Cookbook Club, led once again by chef and educator Annette Tomei. Together, we’ll explore books that bring warmth, comfort, and imagination to the table:
-
October: Bread baking with The Bread Baker’s Apprentice or The Art of Gluten-Free Bread. You can also choose to receive both books.
-
November: Hearty, nourishing dishes from The Bean Book by Steve Sando
-
December: Cozy, slow-cooked meals from Molly Stevens’s All About Braising
