Seven lunch and dinner menus, dating March 16, 26, 27, 30, and April 3 and 4, 1937 from the MS Piłsudski.

Sample dishes include blinis, roast beef Anglaise, spaghetti (Neapolitaine in one instance, Milanaise in another), pigeon croquette, bortsch, and boiled pike with horseradish sauce. Each meal offers a selection of side vegetables, potatoes for manifold preferences (baked, boiled, mashed, Polish fried, French fried, chips, flamande, dauphine, duchesse, paille), salads, and desserts.

The MS Piłsudski was a luxury ocean liner serving the Gdynia America Line between Gdynia, Poland and New York City. During WWII, the ship was transferred to the British Navy but sunk the day after launching as a military vessel for the first time.
