Ferran and Albert Adrià—brothers, chefs, and owners of the historic Spanish restaurant elBulli—published five slipcased book sets documenting the years 1983–2005, an exacting and compelling record of culinary developments that would eventually be felt around the world. The first (1983–1993) and final (2005) volumes were never printed in English, so we’re offering a rare opportunity to collect the better-selling three middle sets, in English, all at once.

The 1994–1997 and 1998–2002 books are both single volumes, while the 2003–2004 years were published as two books. All the books are black paper over boards, housed in slipcases. The 2003 and 2004 books also include dust jackets (the others were issued without). Each book and its slipcase is in Very Good or better condition with minimal signs of use and wear. They all also include CD-Roms on which the recipes appear, an extremely fun and innovative approach at the time of publication.
