Travel Cake includes petits fours, madeleines, financiers, canneles, cookies, and other small bite-size goodies, all created by the remarkable South Korean pastry chef Eunyoung Yun at her Seoul bakery and pastry school, Garuharu.
More than forty such items are here, each presented with explicitly detailed written instruction as well as step-by-step photo sequences which demonstrate the creation of such unusual treats as:
